Barrett 2023 Internal fit Clover Modem PCB released...

We are pleased to announce the release of the Barrett 2023 Internal fit Clover Modem PCB for the Barrett 2050 or Barrett 2040 manpack transceiver.

The internally fitted modem makes data station packages lighter, simpler and easier to deploy. The laptop or PC loaded with 2020 software simply plugs into the auxiliary connector of either the 2050 or 2040 transceiver.

At 0.076kg and drawing less that 100mA, the new internal modem adds only marginally to the transceiver’s weight and current requirement.

Deliveries commence in July 2007.

A similar internal fit PACTOR III modem will be available last quarter 2007.
