Our Perth facility and head office provides sales and marketing support for Australia, Asia and the Pacific while our UK office supports North and South America, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and the CIS.

Research and Development
Continued new product development has been a key to Barrett Communication's success. Our team of R&D engineers have a continuous program of product improvement and development. A new series of transceivers is in the design process at all times to enable us to incorporate new technology and more importantly customers' requirements. The Barrett range of transceivers while technically sophisticated are, more importantly, reputed for their intuitive "ease of use".
Systems engineering
Barrett Communications can also provide interfaces to link HF networks to VHF/UHF networks and to the international telephone system. Our turnkey engineering department can provide many other connectivity and systems solutions to exact customer requirements.
Manufacturing and distribution
A sophisticated MRP system controls our manufacturing process and automated test systems enables us to maximise our product quality with a rapid throughput.
This enables us to respond to large requirements at short notice as HF communications are used as the main communication method in times of natural disaster or during humanitarian crises.
The majority of Barrett Communications' product is exported and as a result we have developed a sophisticated system that tracks a customer's order from its receipt to the time it is delivered. Essential when you are supplying equipment to some of the most remote and inaccessible places in the world.
