Significant order from integral government dept. within the Central Asian region

Barrett Communications is pleased to announce a significant order from an integral government department within the Central Asian region. This multi-million dollar order is for Barrett 2050 HF mobile and base stations and Barrett 2090 HF Manpacks with advance options including ALE and GPS.

The supply of this order will further enhance the existing Barrett HF network already in operation, and allow interoperability between government departments, whilst maintaining highly secure communications. Mr Greg O’Neill, Barrett’s Managing Director commented “over time our products have proven themselves to our client, whose operational requirement means our equipment must withstand very cold snowy winters and very hot dry summers” Mr O’Neill went on to say “… an urgent operational requirement from the client required that this order be dispatched in a very short time frame and due to our flexible production team and large state of the art facilities we were able to satisfy the needs of our client.”
